Log in to your TotalAV account
Visit totalav.com and sign in with the email address linked to your subscription.
Go to My Account
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "My Account" from the dropdown.
Navigate to Subscriptions
In your account dashboard, find the "Subscriptions" or "Billing" section.
Select Cancel Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" next to the plan you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen prompts.
Confirm cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed successfully.
